R Srikanth Ramalingam
KCA Director
His long association with the National Cricket Academy saw him work with top Indian players including Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, Deepak Chahar, and Axar Patel. He played a key role in setting up the Odisha State Cricket Academy, developing coaching pathways, and grooming talent that now competes at First-Class and national levels.
His work is endorsed by respected cricketing figures such as Shiv Sundar Das, Rajv Raja, Debasish Mohanty, and Bharat Arun.
Sankalp Vohra
Head Coach
He holds the remarkable distinction of being the first bowler in Syed Mushtaq Ali history to take a five-wicket haul on debut.
With 11+ years of professional coaching experience, he is a BCCI–NCA Level 2 and ICC Level 2 certified coach, having worked extensively across all age groups in both men’s and women’s cricket.
Manoj Vijay Joglekar
Batting Consultant
He played for the Mumbai Ranji Trophy team for 12 years and has also represented Assam, Jharkhand, Goa, and Jammu & Kashmir in the Ranji Trophy, bringing extensive domestic cricket experience across multiple state teams.
Transitioning into coaching, he has successfully coached the Mumbai U23, Meghalaya U23, and Assam U19 teams, contributing to talent development at crucial age-group levels. He is also a National Cricket Academy Level 2 hybrid coach, adding certified expertise to his coaching credentials.
Dipak Pathak
BATTING COACH (BCCI LEVEL 2 )
Dipak Patak serves as the Batting Coach at Kandukuri Cricket Academy, leading all batting development programs
He is a BCCI–NCA Level 2 Certified Coach with over 15 years of coaching excellence across India, bringing exceptional expertise in batting technique, tactical awareness, and player development.
His coaching qualifications include BCCI–NCA Level 2 (2022), Level A (2011), and ICC Foundation Level 1 (2022). Over the years, he has contributed to several reputed cricket academies, including:
VVS Sports Academy, Hyderabad
Sreenidhi Sports Academy, Hyderabad
Ashok Malhotra Cricket Academy, Kolkata
